本项目是我公司首次全专业引入国际设计标准完成设计的综合医院项目。医院建设标准为国际化高端私立医院，投资方为万达集团，运营管理为英国IHG集团，方案设计为美国HDR国际建筑工程设计有限公司，机电顾问为英国标赫工程设计顾问公司，全生命周期成本顾问为英国GLEEDS格利资工程咨询有限公司，中国中元负责项目初步设计及施工图的设计总包工作。

项目位于青岛市黄岛区星光岛。星光岛为海洋人工回填岛屿，本项目总建筑面积为45,000平方米。

方案采用地球色调，以“大地”为设计主线对室内空间设计，运用自然韵律，城市、陆地、海洋之间的关系，结合垂直、层次、涟漪三个特点设计医疗多类型空间形象协调一致又独具特色，提取城市垂直的线性元素、山川绿墙的自然元素、大海曲线平静的形式，将自然的颜色合理的运用到整个设计中。让自然融入到现实之中与为使用者创造一个安心舒适的康复环境。本案以病人为中心的服务模式，以病人的就诊体验为先导，打造“一站式”先进医疗流程的智慧医院。

项目的完成创造了医院建设史上的“万达速度”，建成了“青岛黄岛区的新地标”。成为万达集团在全球建成的第一个医院项目，也是万达历史上里程碑式的项目，获得了万达业主方和运营方的高度认可，在当前医院建设领域引起了很高的关注度，也得到了业界很高的认可度，成为地产界的医疗样板工程。

This project is a comprehensive hospital designed by this company by introducing the international design standard for the first time. The hospital is defined as an international high-end private hospital. The investor is Wanda Group, the operation manager is InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (IHG), the scheme designer is HDR, the mechanical and electrical consultant is Buro Happold, and the lifecycle cost consultant is GLEEDS. China IPPR is in charge of the preliminary design of the project and the design EPC of the construction drawings.

The project is located on Starry Island, Huangdao District, Qingdao City. Starry Island is an artificial backfill island in the sea. The project covers a gross floor area of 45,000 square meters.

The scheme adopts earth tones. It designs internal space with the theme of "land". It designs a multi-type medical space, with the natural rhythm and the relations between the city, the land and the sea, combining the three characteristics of vertical, levels and ripples, to make the image coordinated and unique. It reasonably adopts natural colors to the entire design, by extracting the vertical line element of the city, the green natural element of the mountains, and the peaceful pattern of the sea waves. It integrates nature into the real life, and creates a comfortable recovery environment for users. The scheme aims to build a smart hospital with advanced "one-stop" medical process, in a patient-oriented service model, and guided by the patients' medical experiences.

The completion of the project remarks the highest speed in the hospital construction history created by Wanda. A new landmark of Huangdao District, Qingdao is established. It has become the first hospital project built by Wanda Group in the world, and a milestone project in Wanda's history. It has been highly recognized by the owners and operators of Wanda, given with high attention in the current hospital construction field, and spoken highly of in the industry, and has become a medical model project in the real estate circles.
