本项目供暖对象为学校的宿舍、办公室、教室及家属楼，存在办公室、教室在7:00~21:00负荷需求大，晚上负荷需求小，而宿舍及家属楼却与之相反的特点，且还有寒暑假期。因此需考虑用户需求量变化的特点，避免资源浪费；锅炉房地处办公环境区域之间，厂界的噪声排放标准必须达到一类区标准；锅炉房采用地下布置后，大型设备的更换及检修、需求大量燃烧空气、辅助房间的通风、照明等问题。
