天津中医药大学第二附属医院迁建新址位于天津市河北区。是集医疗、科研、预防、保健、康复于一体的三级甲等中医医院。项目统一规划、分期实施。一期工程位于项目用地东侧，西北角为二期康复中心。一期工程主要包括医疗综合楼、锅炉房、液氧站、污水处理站。医疗综合楼主要功能为门诊医技病房等医疗用房。总建筑面积为124,290m²。地上14层，地下2层(西侧预留通道与二期相连)。

本项目一期工程床位数1,000张。医院开业后，床位使用率80%，日门诊量达3,000人，脑病科、儿科业务开展非常饱满。医院投入使用以来已受到各界的好评，达到预期的社会影响力，得到甲方高度评价。目前已有来自全国各地的多家医疗机构参观考察，为医院在相互交流、扩大影响等方面起到了积极作用。

The new site of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM is located in Hebei District, Tianjin. It is a grade-A tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospital that integrates the medical treatment, scientific research, prevention, health care and rehabilitation. The project is uniformly planned and implemented by phases. Phase I Project is located on the eastern side of Project Land, and Phase II Rehabilitation Center is at the northwest corner. Phase I Project mainly includes the medical comprehensive building, boiler room, liquid oxygen station, and wastewater treatment plant. Main functions of medical comprehensive building are to provide the outpatient medical technical wards and other medical rooms. The gross floor area is 124,290m². There are 14 floors above the ground and 2 floors underground (the reserved passageway are interconnected with Phase II Project on the western side).

There are 1,000 beds in the Phase I Engineering of the Project. After the hospital is opened, the bed occupancy rate is 80%, daily outpatient visits are 3,000, and the Encephalopathy Division and Pediatric Division are very busy. Since the commissioning of the hospital, it has received praise from all walks of life, achieved the expected social influence and won high praises from customers. At present, many medical agencies nationwide have visited and investigated our hospital agencies, and played a positive role in terms of the mutual exchange and expansion of social influence, etc.
