项目位于北京市昌平区回龙观镇，建设用地面积为5.43万平方米，总建筑面积14.3万平方米，建筑主体地上14层，裙房5层，地下3层，建筑高度59.7米。规划床位数800床，日门诊量2,400人次，洁净手术室28间，ICU床位60张，百级层流病房14间。本项目为集医疗、教学、科研、保健、康复、急救为一体的现代化三级甲等综合医院及区域医疗中心。作为北京市旧城保护和人口疏解政策出台后首个区与区对接建设的保障房配套医院项目，承担着西城旧城疏解民生服务保障的重任，受到市委、市政府的高度关注，并被称为疏解典范，同时本项目作为距离京张高铁出京最近的公共建筑，也成为城市的重要节点，受到首规委的高度关注。

This project is located in Huilongguan Town, Changping District, Beijing, with a site area of 54,300 square meters and a gross floor area of 143,000 square meters. The main building, the height of which is 59.7 meters, has 14 floors above ground, 5 podium floors, and 3 floors underground. This hospital, with 800 beds, 28 clean operating rooms, 60 ICU beds, and 14 class-100 laminar flow wards, is expected to serve 2,400 outpatient visits every day. This project is a modern Grade III Level A general hospital and regional medical center integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, health care, rehabilitation, and first aid. As Beijing’s first hospital project supporting affordable housing sponsored by districts after the policy for old city protection and population relocation takes effect, this project, undertaking the important task of guaranteeing people’s livelihood services in the old city of Xicheng, has received great concern from and been called a model for people's livelihood services by the municipal party committee and the municipal government. In addition, as the public building closest to the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway off Beijing, this project has also become an important node of the city and has received great concern from Capital Planning and Construction Committee.
