“设计用现代建筑语言塑造办公建筑的室内外空间场所，使其充分适应国内外大中小软件企业对研发环境和基础设施等硬件的需求，并尝试通过建筑来体现软件-这一朝阳产业所具有的活力和生命力…”。为体现规划中建筑与环境相通共融、庭院内敛的设计思想，设计采取西方现代庭院空间处理手法，布局呈东西南三面开敞的“口”字型，将建筑分为三部分，其间设置柱林、桥廊并通过檐顶联系在一起；如此布局既满足研发办公、物业管理和信息机房希望独立设置的要求，又与北京的地方气候特点相适应：半开敞的内庭院在夏季清风徐徐、在冬季则无北风侵袭，而处于建筑中的人不但能时时领略各种空间场所的趣味、还可感受水天一色的景致…在这里，环境氛围的营造经常通过神会而不是依赖运算完成，而自然元素则借助空间与光使现代建筑得以突破技术范畴进入人情和心理的领域。

And the building is divided into three parts, between which, pillar forest and bridge corridors are connected together by the roof of the eaves; such layout not only caters for the requirements of independent space of R&D office, property management and information room, but also adapts to the local climate of Beijing: in the semi-open inner courtyard, people will enjoy the gentle breeze in summer and will be safe from the chill north wind in winter. Not only can people appreciate the tastes of various spaces and places from time to time, but they can also appreciate the scenery of the water and the sky...Here, the creation of the environment is often done through a tacit understanding rather than relying on calculations, and natural elements, by virtue of pace and light, are used to make modern Architecture break through the technical limits and enter the realm of human relationships and psychology.
