本项目位于北京市顺义区后沙峪镇中心区东北部，距离北京国际机场仅5公里，地理位置优越。基地东侧紧邻已建成的国门一号一期工程——原第七届花博会展览中心，现为全球家居总部基地。本项目为国门一号二期工程，总建筑面积32.5万平方米，地上建筑面积17.68万平方米，其中商业面积约7.5万平方米，办公面积约10万平方米。

本项目建筑体量规则方正，与周边建筑方正的体量统一协调，引入“DECK MALL”甲板商业概念，打造立体化商业空间，形成多样化、精品化、跨界化的体验式商业典范。基于低造价控制下适应地域气候的创新模式设计以及利用地域气候和地域建筑特点来达到绿色节能的效果，实现真正意义上的低造价的绿色建筑。

2019年，国门一号商业综合体被评为北京市东北部地区规模最大的商业综合体。本项目的落地建成，填补了后沙峪地区一直以来薄弱的商业空白，逐渐展现出超强的商业价值潜力与强大的人口辐射力。

The project is located in the northeast of the central area of Houshayu Town, Shunyi District, Beijing, only 5 kilometers away from Beijing Capital International Airport, with a superior geographical location. The east side of the base is adjacent to the first phase of the completed Guomen No. 1 project--the original 7th Flower Fair Exhibition Center, which is now the global home furnishing headquarters base. This is the second phase of Guomen No. 1 project, with a gross floor area of 325,000 square meters and the above-ground floor area of 176,800 square meters, including a commercial area of about 75,000 square meters and an office area of about 100,000 square meters.

The regular-shaped building volume of this project is coordinated with the volume of surrounding buildings. And the commercial concept of "DECK MALL" is introduced to create a diversified, high-quality, and multidimensional commercial model. The true realization of a low-cost green building is the outcome of the innovative model designed on the adaptation to the regional climate under the control of low cost as one factor and the use of regional climate and regional building characteristics for the effect of green and energy-saving as the other one.

In 2019, Guomen No. 1 commercial complex was rated as the largest commercial complex in the northeastern part of Beijing. This project has filled up the historically weak commercial gap in Houshayu area, gradually unfolding its super commercial value potential for a land of a huge population.
