项目以中西文化交融为出发点，提取中国传统园林及四合院的精华，利用西方现代建筑的思维方式和设计手法，满足了业主对采光、通风、层高、功能分区、分期等方面的要求。并且在建筑空间上提供了舒适、高效的课堂教学环境，营造了浓郁的校园氛围。该项目已成为北京市重要的人才培训及管理研发基地，为建设世界顶级商学院创造了条件。

Starting with the integration of Chinese and Western culture, the project extracts the essence of traditional Chinese gardens and courtyards and utilizes the thinking mode and design technique of western modern architecture to meet the owner's requirements for lighting, ventilation, storey height, functional division and staging. It also provides a comfortable and efficient teaching environment in terms of the architectural space and creates a strong campus atmosphere. Now the project has been used as an important talent training and management, development and research base in Beijing, creating conditions for building a world-class business college.
