该项目是我公司第一个垃圾焚烧发电项目，也是当时单台设备容量最大的循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉。采用日本荏原双内循环流化焚烧技术，辅助燃料为山西资源丰富的煤，安装3台333t/d的循环流化床垃圾焚烧锅炉+2台12MW抽凝发电机组。该工程采用石灰石炉内脱硫和半干法烟气脱硫、布袋除尘器除尘、活性炭吸附烟气中重金属及二恶英。该项目的建成为有效处理太原市垃圾、改善太原市环境做出了贡献。

The project is the first waste incineration power generation project of the company, and was the circulating fluidized bed waste incinerator with the largest single equipment capacity at that time. It adopts the Japanese Ebara double internal circulation fluidized incineration technology, with the rich coal from Shanxi as its auxiliary fuel, and equipped with three 333t/d CFB waste incineration boilers and two 12MW extraction condensing generating units. The project uses limestone for desulfurization in furnace, semi-dry method for flue gas desulfurization, bag filter for dust removal, and activated carbon for adsorption of heavy metals and dioxins in the flue gas. Its completion has contributed to the effective treatment of Taiyuan's garbage and the improvement of Taiyuan's environment.
