援蒙古残疾儿童发展中心项目位于蒙古首都乌兰巴托市城西,是中国政府近年来对蒙古国民生领域实施的最大援建项目，是蒙古国最大、最现代化、功能最齐全的残疾儿童康复治疗场所。项目占地2公顷，总建筑面积14,990平方米，设计床位250床，能够满足250人次的日接诊需求。项目地上三层，局部地下一层，建筑功能包括康复门诊评介部、康复治疗部、行政办公与康复培训部、住院部、后勤服务等。设计采用先进合理的康复工艺并对康复空间和康复设备的配置进行研究；充分考虑残疾儿童的功能空间的行为适应性和人性化细节设计；注重地域严寒气候的特点，从建筑布局、窗墙构造、采暖形式等方面采取针对性的有效措施。
