该项目为泸州市两大重点民生工程之一，建筑面积18.4万平米，住院病床1,000床。手术部百级12间，万级28间。ICU39床。由于工期紧，建筑功能复杂，供应商及分包商众多，对现场施工部署与管理、质量与工期管控、劳动力与物资的保证、沟通协调等方面难度较大。净化手术室采用新型镜面触摸屏控制面板，信息化应用系统涵盖医疗业务信息化系统、病房探视系统、视频示教系统、候诊呼叫系统等，通过网络架构与医疗业务系统无缝对接，打造了现代智慧医院。

The Project is one of two major livelihood projects in Luzhou, covers the floor area of 184,000m² and has 1,000 hospital beds, 12 Class 100 clean operating rooms, 28 Class 10,000 clean operating room and 39 ICU beds. Due to tight schedule, complex building functions and numerous suppliers and subcontractors, it is difficult for site deployment and management, quality and schedule control, labor and material guarantee, communication and coordination, etc. The clean operating room is provided with a new mirror touch screen control panel and the informatized application systems include medical informatization system, ward visiting system, video teaching system, waiting call system, etc., which are seamlessly connected with the medical system via network architecture, finally creating a modern smart hospital.
