建筑面积4.58万平米，门诊量6,000人次/日，急诊量300人次/日。该项目属山地建筑，场地前后高差近20米，夹在老门诊楼和山上病房楼之间，施工场地狭窄，出场道路在医院出入口车辆及人流集中地段，施工期间周边居民及就诊患者干扰，以及雨天较多，使施工进度管理难度大。通过周密策划、精心组织，高效优质的完成了主体工程的全部EPC工作。该项目极大地提升了医院的医疗硬件水平，成为了川西地区医疗建设模式改革的示范项目。

The floor area is 45,800m², the outpatient volume is 6,000 person-times/day, and the emergency volume is 300 person-times/day. The Project is a mountainous building with a height difference of nearly 20 m between front and rear sides of the site. It is sandwiched between the old outpatient building and the mountain ward building. So, the construction site is narrow and the exit road is at the entrance and exit of the hospital where vehicles and crowds are concentrated. During the construction, surrounding residents and patients may interfere and more rainy days make the progress management difficult. Through careful planning and organization, all EPC works of the main project was completed efficiently and with high quality. This Project has greatly improved medical hardware level of the hospital and become a demonstration project for the reform of medical construction mode in Western Sichuan.
