设计充分考虑县级医院的定位和特点，医疗区采用集中布局和集约化设计，设置清晰便捷的流程。建筑采用模块化设计,简化结构受力单元，设置地上隐蔽抗震缝, 在满足结构受力需求的同时,营造简洁、有序的城市形象。

门诊采用弹性划分模式，1个门诊单元可容纳2个二级科室，强调各诊区的通用性设计。病房引入“护理层”理念，每层设3个单元,提升护理效率、降低人力成本，共享物资、协调医护人员配置及夜间管理，降低医护人员的劳动强度。

项目接待大量医院同行参观，获得广泛好评，对我国县级医院建设有积极的“模板效应”；依托新院区平台，医院业务量和综合水平得到全面而快速的提升，从二级甲等医院发展为三级综合医院，全国排名递进32位。

The design gives full consideration to the positioning and characteristics of county-level hospitals. The medical area adopts centralized layout and intensive design with clear and convenient process. For the building, a modular design is adopted to simplify structural stress units and concealed seismic joints are provided on the ground to not only meet structural stress requirements but also create a simple and orderly urban image.

A flexible division mode is adopted in the outpatient department and one outpatient unit can accommodate 2 secondary departments, which emphasizes universal design of each clinic area. The concept of "nursing layers" is introduced in the ward and 3 units are provided on each layer to improve nursing efficiency, reduce labor costs, share materials, coordinate the allocation and night management of medical staff and reduce their labor intensity.

The Project is allowed to receive the visits from many hospital counterparts and has won wide acclaim. It has a positive "template effect" for the construction of county-level hospitals at home; Based on the platform of new hospital district, the business volume and comprehensive level of the hospital have been comprehensively and rapidly improved, so that the hospital has developed from a second-level Class A hospital to a third-level general hospital, ranking 32 nationwide.
