本项目坐落于工体南路，位于CBD中心区，为北京奥运会、残奥会定点医院，同时又是在原有院区基础上的改扩建项目，故：克服紧张的用地条件及老院区的诸多限制，满足分期建设的客观需求；处理好新老建筑的连接，为医院创造符合国际要求的无障碍诊疗环境；缓解原有院区就医压力，创造一个优良的医疗环境；作为北京市职业病中毒救治中心，承担奥运期间的大规模化学中毒等的紧急救治工作等，成为本项目的特点及难点。设计中采用了多种新技术及新材料，为整个工程的顺利快速实施起到了积极的推动作用。

Reduce the burden of the original hospital to create a good medical environment; As the Beijing Occupational Disease Poisoning Treatment Center, it is responsible for the emergency treatment of large-scale chemical poisoning during the Olympics, which has become the feature and difficulty of this project. A variety of new technologies and new materials were used in the design, which played a positive role in promoting the smooth and rapid implementation of the entire project.
