本项目在国内无四级生物安全实验室前提下，本项目通过自主创新设计，首次确立大动物四级生物安全实验室工艺流程，创建高气密性围护结构工程技术，确立高气密性环境污染控制技术。建成后，成为国内第一个，且是全球核心实验室数量最多的可进行马、牛、猪、骆驼等大动物实验的四级生物安全设施，确立了我国在该领域的国际领先地位，具有重大社会效益和经济效益。

The project was based on the premise that there is no Biosafety Level 4 lab in China.Through its independent innovative design, the Biosafety Level 4 lab process for large animals was established for the first time. It was the foundation of highly airtight enclosure engineering technology and pollution control technology of a highly airtight environment. After its completion, it became the first domestic Biosafety Level 4 facility with the largest number of core laboratories in the world that can conduct large animal experiments such as horses, cattle, pigs, and camels, establishing China's international leadership in this field, with significant social and economic benefits.
