CEC大厦由东西两栋建筑通过中庭相互连接，形成一个便捷地交流空间，建筑形体方与圆、动与静、虚与实、柔缓与挺拔、活泼与稳重相互交融，突出了“矛盾”、“对比”、“个性”的时代特点。建筑设置了开放式国际会议中心、新产品展示中心、信息处理中心以及一个电子俱乐部，是高技术产业的管理决策、信息交流、研发展示、资本市场以及销售市场的集散中心。目前已成为机械集团公司总部所在地和高档IT业商务写字楼为一体的甲级写字楼。

CEC Plaza has two buildings – respectively in the east and west – connected through an atrium, which becomes a space for communication.
