厦门软件园三期位于集美后溪镇，集美新城核心区以北。规划基于生态理念的“都市聚落、产业聚合”布局，聚落内高层建筑以孵化为主，多层建筑以加速企业为主，外围多层建筑提供多种组合模式，适应不同规模企业的需求。通过采用生态设计措施，多因子GIS分析，选择适宜建设范围；通过园区道路交通流量模拟，确定道路等级、类型、出入口；通过进行噪声缓冲区模拟，合理布置建筑，补充植被、树木等天然屏障降低噪声传播；通过风环境分析，合理安排建筑组合，架空组合，为空气流通提供通道，降低温度，创造良好室外环境。带来人才和产业聚集，建成 “高水平、应用性、服务化、开放式”的国际化智慧园区，成为厦门的“硅谷”。

Xiamen Software Park Phase III is located in Houxi Town, Jimei District, and north of the core area of Jimei Bew Town. The planning is based on the ecological concept of "urban settlement and industrial agglomeration". The high-rise buildings in the settlement are mainly for incubation, the multi-story buildings are mainly for enterprise accelerators, and the peripheral multi-story buildings provide a variety of combination modes, meeting the needs of enterprises of different sizes. By adopting ecological design measures and multi-factor GIS analysis, the suitable construction area is selected. Through the simulation of road traffic flow in the park, the road grade, type, entrance and exit are determined. Through the simulation of noise buffer zone, the buildings are reasonably arranged and the vegetation is supplemented as a natural barrier to reduce the noise. Through the wind environment analysis, building combination and overhead combination are reasonably arranged, in order to provide a channel for air circulation, reduce temperature, and create a good outdoor environment. The project will bring talents and industries together to build a "high-level, applied, service-oriented, and open" international smart park, and become Xiamen's "Silicon Valley".
