贵安新区新医药产业园位于贵安新区南部新医药产业板块，是贵安新区的重要组成部分，也是新医药产业的空间载体。规划充分利用当地的特殊地形，中部保留山体，作为城市森林公园，东西两侧地形较为舒缓地区作为建设用地开发建设，将绿色山水引入园区，汇集产品研发、产业孵化、生产制造、贸易物流及综合配套的完整产业体系，打造以新医药研发办公、生产加工、生活居住、商业金融等功能为主的生态绿色、低碳高效的新医药产业园。

设计在控制性详细规划中将产业规划和城市设计相结合，提升了规划的合理性及实操性。

The New Pharmaceutical Industrial Park in Gui'an New Area is located in the new pharmaceutical industry zone in the south of Gui'an New Area. It is an important part of Gui'an New Area and the space carrier of new pharmaceutical industry. It is planned to make full use of the local special terrain, reserve the mountains in the middle as the urban forest park, and develop and construct the construction land in the areas with relatively gentle terrain on both sides of the East and West, so as to introduce the green landscape into the park to gather a complete industrial system of product R&D, industrial incubation, production and manufacturing, trade and logistics and comprehensive supporting facilities, and to build an ecological green, low-carbon and efficient new pharmaceutical industrial park with new pharmaceutical R&D office, production and processing, living, commercial and financial functions.

The design combines industrial planning with urban design in the regulatory detailed planning, which improves the rationality and practicality of the planning.
