天桥演艺街区区域规划是北京市的重点项目，设计将演艺产业与空间规划结合，合理布局各类功能，带动街区的复兴，并且通过城市设计控制街区风貌，引导空间形态。在旧城的更新中，通过对街区各类影响因素进行分析综合评价，确定保留地块、置换功能地块、机遇地块，在此基础上进行更新发展。同时将天桥历史文化资源归纳为演艺文化、街区历史格局、特色建筑，集中打造历史文化特色片区，在历史传统文艺的基础上发展成为“演、游、商”一体的活力地区，建设成为世界级的演艺文化集聚区。

The Regional Planning of Tianqiao Performing Arts Zone is a key project in Beijing. The design combines the performing arts industry with the spatial planning, reasonably arranges all kinds of functions, drives the revival of the block, and controls the style of the block and guide the spatial form through urban design. In the renewal of the old city, through the analysis and comprehensive evaluation of various influencing factors of the block, the reserved plot, the replacement function plot and the opportunity plot are determined, and on this basis, the renewal and development are carried out. At the same time, the Tianqiao historical and cultural resources are summarized as performing arts culture, block historical pattern and characteristic buildings to build the historical and cultural characteristic zone. On the basis of historical and traditional literature and art, the Tianqiao performing arts zone will develop into a dynamic area integrating "performing arts, tourism and business", and become a world-class performing arts culture gathering zone.
