本工程位于北京市金融街B1地块，为北京市金融街控股股份有限公司开发建设的国际标准的写字楼项目。建筑平面布局呈L型布局，绿化庭院围合其中。主要功能为商业、办公、展览、餐饮、会议等。建筑平面功能力求经济实用，办公与公共空间相互渗透，玻璃与石材的巧妙运用构筑了典雅、简洁的室内环境。立面线条简洁大方，受中国传统计算工具算盘的启发，窗墙立面错落有致，体现优美的现代主义风格。

The Project, located at Lot B1, Financial Street, Beijing, is an international standard office building project developed by Beijing Financial Street Holdings Co. Ltd. The buildings are arranged in L shaped layout, with a green courtyard enclosed in the center. The Project is intended mainly for business, office, exhibition, catering, conference and other functions. The building functions are designed on the basis of economy and applicability, with the office space and public space penetrating with each other, and glass and stones skillfully applied to create the elegant and simple interior environment. The elevation lines are simple and elegant, and the facade elevation is arranged in a staggered and orderly manner from the inspiration of traditional Chinese calculation tool abacus, incorporated with the beautiful modernism style.
